Shipping Policy

We currently only deliver to MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE.

MALAYSIA

For domestic deliveries, we work with CityLink. Each order will be processed on the next business day before shipping out.

West Malaysia - 3-5 Business Days [RM15 / Free for orders above RM100]

East Malaysia - 5-10 Business Days [RM20 / Free for orders above RM100]

For KL Area - We offer Same Day Delivery option which you will have to place the order before 12 pm and pay RM30 [Mon - Fri Only]

SINGAPORE

For Singapore deliveries, we work with CityLink. Each order will be processed on the next business day before shipping out.

Singapore - 10-14 Business Days [RM50 / Free for orders above RM250]

TRACKING CODE

Every delivery will come with a tracking code which will be sent to you via email, which you can use to track the parcel's delivery status at any point of time.

DUTIES & TAX

For all international shipping, we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Every order and delivery has a TRACKING CODE which will be emailed to you.

SINGAPORE

Note:-

• You might not be home when they are trying to deliver. If so, please call CityLink and arrange a suitable time for them to deliver.

• For all INTERNATIONAL deliveries, there might be import duties that you might need to pay. If so, please call CityLink to arrange.
